About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital trends, thrives on data-driven strategies, and can craft compelling campaigns across multiple online channels. You’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing ROI through smart, creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and email.
- Manage company website content updates (via CMS like WordPress), SEO optimization, and landing page performance.
- Conduct keyword research, monitor and improve SEO/SEM efforts.
- Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools.
- Manage and grow social media accounts — develop content calendars, create engaging posts, and run social ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to execute cross-functional marketing projects.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics, derive insights, and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or design tools (Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
