Digital Marketing Executive

We're looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive measurable revenue growth. You'll work across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, and content--reporting directly to the marketing lead and collaborating closely with our design and development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads campaigns to meet lead-generation and ROAS targets
  • Manage social media accounts--content calendars, community engagement, and performance reporting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies including keyword research, content optimisation, link building, and technical audits
  • Design and deploy email marketing automation campaigns and nurture sequences using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot
  • Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform-native dashboards--producing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and lead magnets
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms

Requirements

  • 1--3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with demonstrable campaign results
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles--on-page, technical, and off-page
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into action
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
